How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Our rates are a sliding scale based on length of event and number of people in attendance.
Can I bring any vendor I want?
Yes. We have a list of vendors we have worked with previously, but you can contract whoever you like.
How does parking work?
We have staff on hand to help with parking an hour before the event.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes. It is included in your fee.
Can we stay at the on-site home?
Yes, we have packages available for an additional fee.
Do we have access to the runway?
Yes and no. No one is allowed on the runway unsupervised. It is an active runway at all times. A member of our team can help secure the runway for photographs or anything else that arises.
Can we take pictures with the plane?
If the weather allows, absolutely!
